Donation Policy

McDonald's of Bend & Sisters is committed to helping organizations in our community.  In order to be fair to all  organizations, the following guidelines must be followed.

* All donation requests from local organizations must be made to our local McDonald's of Bend * Sisters * LaPine Business Office located at 390 NE Emerson Ave. Suite 101Bend, OR. 97701 (phone) 541-389-6479 ext.104 (fax) 541-389-5174 or e-mail us at mcdonalds@opusnet.com

* All donation requests must be mail to the above address.

* All request should have a: Donation Request Form, Complete with contact information.

Possible contributions include:

* B.O.G. (Be Our Guest) Cards for Free McDonald's food items:  Sandwiches, Extra Value Meals, Happy Meals, French Fries, Drinks, Ice Cream & Salads.

* Special Award Certificates.

* T-Shirts.

* Fun Time Magazines.
