McDonald’s of the Tri Cities and outlying Markets is a family business, which is locally owned and operated. We started with only one restaurant in 1973; the company has grown to its current number of 14 with more growth anticipated in the coming years.The “McFamily” as we refer to all our team members is over 700 strong. We are a Principle based company with High Values and Integrity driving our business decisions. Being considered a “Hamburger Business” by many, we consider this a People Business. People are our strongest asset and our goal is simple, we want to attract and retain the best of the best in the Quick Service Industry. We are proud of the fact that Individuals with Ten plus years of McDonald’s experience hold many of our top leadership positions with some even over twenty years. Our people know we dominate and lead the way in food service. Our competitors copy and attempt to mimic our marketing and other operating strategies.
